There’s so much emotion behind buying and selling your home. While it’s important to embrace these feelings, my job as a realtor is to manage your emotions so they don’t obstruct your end goal.
I’m here to get you the most value for your money, but it’s never about the transaction for me. It’s about helping you make the decision that has your best interest at heart.
This is why I pursued a career in real estate. I have a knack for taking what could be a stressful and challenging situation and turning it into a fun and memorable experience for my clients.
I’ve always been a hustler. I worked in the service industry, grinding it out from 9am to 2am, to pay my way through college and buy my first car. I went to school for PR Communications, and after graduating I refused to spend decades of my life working a corporate job I hated. Entrepreneurship always appealed to me because it allows you to create your own success and there is no limit on what you can achieve.
I’m fortunate to be surrounded by a lot of successful female business owners who have inspired me to carve my own path.
Now, I get to help my clients achieve their goals and make their dreams a reality. There’s nothing more fulfilling than that. I believe real estate plays a key role in allowing you to live your life by design, and it brings me so much happiness to know I get to play a hand in achieving that for my clients.
For eight years, I climbed the corporate ladder working for one of the largest brands in North America. It was a high-pressure industry, and led to incredible sales and marketing experience. But at the end of the day, it wasn’t my true passion.
Still, if you told me back then I’d be quitting my corporate job to pursue a career in real estate, I never would have believed you. But there’s something extremely motivating about working in a field where you have the opportunity to change people’s lives for the better.
The real estate industry is facing rapid change, and realtors must continue to evolve in order to keep up. Technology will never replace the human-to-human connection that is fundamental in this field; it will only foster opportunity for improvement.
As a realtor, your reputation is earned—not given—and I’m dedicated to building mine with a one-of-a-kind client experience.
Real estate allows me to use my analytical thinking and tactical strengths in a way that is meaningful for our clients. While my sales background certainly comes in handy, I’m a firm believer that real estate isn’t just about the sale; it’s about delivering unprecedented value.

As a mom of two, I know how hard it can be to ask for help. This is why I want you to think of me as the extra set of hands you always wished you had. When it comes to making the move, I coordinate everything on your behalf – from booking staging and photography to storage units and cleaners. I keep you updated on all the key details, so you can rest easy knowing you are taken care of.
While I’ve always had a passion for real estate, I spent most of my early career in corporate sales. I thrive when working in a fast-pace environment. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to buying or selling your home. The experience is completely unique to every individual. I love the challenge this brings, and the opportunity to get resourceful and think outside the box. At the end of the day, our aim at Diraddo Real Estate is to find a solution tailored to your unique goals and situation. If I can make your life a little easier, then I know I’m doing my job.
After graduating with a business degree, I started my career in insurance. It wasn’t the most exciting job, but I loved the customer service component. I like to think it’s my personal mission to spread joy and kindness to others. This is what inspired me to get my real estate license and join the Diraddo Real Estate Team. As your real estate agent, I’m here to listen to your needs and always put your best interests first.
