Amanda Diraddo

There’s so much emotion behind buying and selling your home. While it’s important to embrace these feelings, my job as a realtor is to help you stay focused on your goals so the process feels clear—not overwhelming.
My purpose has never been about the transaction. It’s about guiding you toward the decision that truly supports your life, your future, and your family.
I’ve always had a knack for taking stressful or complicated situations and turning them into moments my clients can actually enjoy. Maybe that comes from years in the service industry, working 9am to 2am shifts to put myself through college and buy my first car. Or from studying PR Communications and realizing early on that a traditional corporate path wasn’t for me. Entrepreneurship offered something different—freedom, creativity, and the chance to build a life on my own terms.
As our team has evolved, so has my role. A huge part of what I do now is rooted in relationship and community building—bringing people together through our annual charity and community events, connecting clients, local leaders, and neighbours in meaningful ways. Creating spaces where people feel supported, seen, and part of something bigger has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my work.
Now, as a busy mom of two, that perspective has only deepened. I understand how precious time is, how important home is, and how much trust goes into choosing the right person to guide you through such a big milestone.
Today, I get to blend that drive, experience, and empathy into helping my clients make their dreams a reality. Real estate plays such a powerful role in designing a life you love, and it’s an honour to be part of that journey.

For eight years, I climbed the corporate ladder working for one of the largest brands in North America. It was a high-pressure industry, and led to incredible sales and marketing experience. But at the end of the day, it wasn’t my true passion.
Still, if you told me back then I’d be quitting my corporate job to pursue a career in real estate, I never would have believed you. But there’s something extremely motivating about working in a field where you have the opportunity to change people’s lives for the better.
The real estate industry is facing rapid change, and realtors must continue to evolve in order to keep up. Technology will never replace the human-to-human connection that is fundamental in this field; it will only foster opportunity for improvement.
As a realtor, your reputation is earned—not given—and I’m dedicated to building mine with a one-of-a-kind client experience.
Real estate allows me to use my analytical thinking and tactical strengths in a way that is meaningful for our clients. While my sales background certainly comes in handy, I’m a firm believer that real estate isn’t just about the sale; it’s about delivering unprecedented value.

I still remember the stress of selling my first home. It was just my husband and I at the time, and even without kids in the picture, the anxiety levels were high. When I joined the Diraddo Real Estate Team, I made it my personal mission to take the stress out of the experience for our clients.
As a mom of three, I know how hard it can be to ask for help. This is why I want you to think of me as the extra set of hands you always wished you had. When it comes to making the move, I coordinate everything on your behalf – from booking staging and photography to storage units and cleaners. I keep you updated on all the key details, so you can rest easy knowing you are taken care of.
While I’ve always had a passion for real estate, I spent most of my early career in corporate sales. I thrive when working in a fast-pace environment. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to buying or selling your home. The experience is completely unique to every individual. I love the challenge this brings, and the opportunity to get resourceful and think outside the box. After graduating with a business degree, I started my career in insurance. It wasn’t the most exciting job, but I loved the customer service component. I like to think it’s my personal mission to spread joy and kindness to others. This is what inspired me to get my real estate license and join the Diraddo Real Estate Team.
