After the sale of our house falling through with a different agent, we were juggling two mortgages and feeling overwhelmed and scared. We went with the Diraddo Team for the purchase of our dream home and sale of our first home. Our situation and home were unique and required an experienced team. I’m not much for leaving reviews, however this one had to be done. I have sold 3 different homes. Justin and Amanda were referred to me by someone. From the first time Justin met with me and my ex wife he was completely prepared with statistics from homes in the area that were comparable to mine. He gave us his honest opinion and listened to our concerns. He never made any promises and assured us they would do the best they could to get the home sold and for the best price.
Then came to staging. For those who don’t believe in staging (even a new house) you are so so wrong. The stager the Diraddo team uses is like nothing I have seen before. She was hands down one of the best staging professionals I have ever seen. She made the home look unbelievable!!!!! I was so shocked when I saw the final product I didn’t want to sell but obviously had no choice.
Justin and his wife Amanda along with the rest of the team would touch base with me every single day to give me feedback about how the day went. The home sold for so much more than we all expected especially during a horrible time in the market. Home prices have dropped tremendously. However the final sale price blew us all out of the water including the Diraddo team. We were shocked because of the current market status.
